Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that considers a flexible and healthy body as the basis for developing spirituality. Practised in the right way and with correct breathing, it purifies the body in all areas, physical, mental and emotional.
Ashtanga works on the strength and healing of the body, the breath and the nervous system. The series are designed to develop our muscles, increase our flexibility and improve the functioning of our organs.
I have material available in case you do not have your own mat.
